Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior Product Owner to own the strategic vision and backlog for internal security tools and developer portals. You will prioritize epics that cut systemic risk, drive policy tooling changes, and reduce developer friction.

Strong AppSec or DevSecOps experience is required, with autonomous leadership across cross-functional teams and a data-driven approach to decision making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Technical Product Management or as a Product Owner.
• Experience in vulnerability management lifecycles, AppSec, Cloud Security/Architecture, and/or Development Enablement.
• Autonomy in driving product strategy from inception to adoption.
• Data-driven decision-making and cross-functional leadership without day-to-day direction.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize user stories and epics for Workstreams 1-5, ensuring engineering efforts reduce systemic risk.
• Drive the adoption framework for Architecture Champions, focusing on policy modernization and content uplift.
• Ensure built solutions, including ASPM ingestion and AI-SDLC scanning, reduce developer friction and improve the internal user journey.
• Bridge the gap between executive security mandates and the Agile execution pods.
