Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Product Owner to own the strategic vision and backlog for internal security tools and developer portals. This role prioritizes epics that reduce systemic risk, drives adoption of policy and tooling changes, and ensures new solutions minimize developer friction.

The ideal candidate has a strong AppSec or DevSecOps background, operates autonomously, and leads with data-driven decisions across multiple workstreams to align with executive security mandates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Technical Product Management or as a Product Owner.
• Experience building internal developer platforms, security tooling, or DevSecOps products.
• Experience in vulnerability management lifecycles, AppSec, Cloud Security/Architecture, and/or Development Enablement.
• Fully autonomous in driving product strategy from inception to adoption.
• Excels at data-driven decision-making and cross-functional leadership.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize user stories and epics for Workstreams 1-5, ensuring engineering efforts reduce systemic risk.
• Drive the adoption framework for Architecture Champions, focusing on policy modernization and content uplift.
• Ensure built solutions, including ASPM ingestion and AI-SDLC scanning, reduce developer friction and improve the internal journey.
• Bridge the gap between executive security mandates and the Agile execution pods.
