Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. seeks a Senior Product Owner to own the strategic vision and backlog for internal security tools and developer portals. This role prioritizes epics that reduce systemic risk, drives adoption of policy and tooling changes, and ensures new solutions cut developer friction.

The ideal candidate has a strong AppSec or DevSecOps background, is highly autonomous, and excels in data-driven decision making with cross-functional leadership across engineering, security, and product teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Technical Product Management or as a Product Owner, ideally for internal developer platforms, security tooling, or DevSecOps products.
• Experience in vulnerability management lifecycles, AppSec, Cloud Security/Architecture, and/or Development Enablement.
• Strong autonomy in driving product strategy from inception to adoption with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize user stories and epics for Workstreams 1-5 to reduce systemic risk.
• Drive adoption framework for Architecture Champions and policy modernization.
• Ensure built solutions reduce developer friction and improve internal user journeys.
• Bridge the gap between executive security mandates and Agile teams.
