Job summary

AgileEngine in the United States is seeking a Senior Product Owner to own the strategic vision and backlog for internal security tools and developer portals. You will prioritize epics that reduce systemic risk, drive policy and tooling adoption, and ensure new solutions minimize developer friction.

The role requires strong AppSec/DevSecOps background, autonomous leadership, and the ability to align security mandates with Agile teams across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Technical Product Management or as a Product Owner.
• Experience in vulnerability management lifecycles, AppSec, Cloud Security/Architecture, or Development Enablement.
• Fully autonomous in driving product strategy from inception to adoption.
• Excels at data-driven decision-making and cross-functional leadership.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize user stories and epics for Workstreams 1-5 to reduce systemic risk.
• Drive adoption framework for Architecture Champions and policy modernization.
• Ensure solutions (ASPM ingestion, AI-SDLC scanning) reduce developer friction.
• Bridge the gap between executive security mandates and Agile execution pods.
