AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Product Owner to own the strategic vision and backlog for internal security tools and developer portals. This role prioritizes epics to reduce systemic risk and guides policy and tooling changes, with a strong emphasis on security and developer experience.

The ideal candidate has a solid AppSec/DevSecOps background and is autonomous in driving product strategy from inception to adoption, leading cross-functional teams without day-to-day direction, and using data

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Technical Product Management or as a Product Owner.
• Experience in vulnerability management lifecycles, AppSec, Cloud Security/Architecture.
• Autonomous in driving product strategy from inception to adoption.
• Strong data-driven decision making and cross-functional leadership.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize user stories and epics to reduce systemic risk.
• Drive adoption framework for Architecture Champions and policy modernization.
• Ensure ASPM ingestion and AI-SDLC scanning reduce developer friction.
• Bridge executive security mandates with Agile execution pods.
