Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. seeks a Senior Product Owner to own the strategic vision and backlog for internal security tools and developer portals. This role prioritizes epics that reduce systemic risk, drives policy and tooling adoption, and minimizes developer friction.

The candidate should have a strong AppSec or DevSecOps background, be fully autonomous, and lead cross-functional teams from inception to adoption across internal platforms.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• 5+ years in Technical Product Management or as a Product Owner.
• Experience in vulnerability management lifecycles, AppSec, Cloud Security/Architecture.
• Autonomous in driving product strategy from inception to adoption.
• Strong data-driven decision making and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize user stories and epics for internal security tools and developer portals.
• Drive the adoption framework for architecture champions and policy modernization.
• Ensure solutions reduce developer friction and improve the internal user journey.
• Bridge the gap between executive security mandates and Agile execution pods.
