Tundra Technical Solutions is seeking a Senior Product Owner for a Retail Domain contract role in Dallas. The candidate will own the product backlog, work directly from the client’s office, and lead Agile ceremonies to deliver value aligned with business goals.
Required are 8+ years in Product Ownership/PM/BA, strong stakeholder management, and experience with enterprise clients. On-site, five days a week, with a compensation range aligned to hourly market rates.

Serve as the primary liaison between the client and delivery teams, working directly from the client’s office in Dallas to ensure continuous alignment with business objectives and priorities.
Own and manage the product backlog, including requirement gathering, prioritization, grooming, and maintaining a clear roadmap aligned with client goals.
Collaborate closely with client stakeholders, business users, and executive leadership to understand business challenges, define product vision, and translate requirements into actionable user stories.
Drive Agile product development activities, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and acceptance testing to ensure successful product delivery.
Define and communicate product strategy, business value, and success metrics while ensuring alignment across client and internal teams.
Work with cross-functional teams including engineering, architecture, QA, UX/UI, data, and operations teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
Make informed prioritization decisions based on customer value, business impact, risk assessment, and delivery timelines.
Review, validate, and approve deliverables and product features, ensuring all acceptance criteria, business requirements, and quality standards are met.
Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and impediments, proactively engaging stakeholders to drive timely resolution and maintain project momentum.
Provide regular status updates, product insights, and recommendations to client leadership, fostering strong relationships and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Must be local to Dallas, TX

8+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or Business Analysis roles.
Strong experience working directly with enterprise clients and senior business stakeholders.
Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.).
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and requirement elicitation skills.
Ability to influence decision-making and drive consensus across business and technology teams.
Experience in customer-facing consulting or services environments is highly preferred.
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, or equivalent certification.
Experience managing large-scale digital transformation, cloud, data, or enterprise application initiatives.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $41.61/hour - $65.01/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
