The Mid-Level Product Owner for Outpatient Phase 3 supports product discovery, backlog management, story definition, stakeholder coordination, and delivery execution for the assigned registration product area.
Key Responsibilities:
Support roadmap execution and backlog prioritization for Outpatient Phase 3 features and enhancements.
Document epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, release notes, and product decision artifacts.
Facilitate or support stakeholder discovery sessions to clarify user needs, business objectives, and operational impacts.
Partner with engineering, QA, architecture, UX, and business stakeholders during backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, and UAT.
Track dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions; escalate items that require senior product owner or leadership resolution.
Support KPI/OKR tracking, feedback analysis, and post-release evaluation to identify improvement opportunities.

Education and Experience:
3+ years of product ownership, business analysis, product analysis, or digital delivery experience preferred for mid-level execution.
Working knowledge of Agile delivery, backlog management, user story writing, acceptance criteria, and UAT support.
Strong collaboration and communication skills across business and technical teams.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Exposure to healthcare registration, patient-facing applications, or enterprise operations.
Experience with ADO or similar Agile delivery tools.
Level / Context Differentiators:
Mid-level emphasis: manages defined backlog areas, supports roadmap execution, and works under guidance from senior product leadership.
Working Conditions:
Office or remote/hybrid delivery environment depending on program staffing model.
Requires collaboration across time zones and coordination with onshore, near-shore, and offshore delivery teams where applicable.
Requires regular use of computer equipment, collaboration tools, Agile work management tools, and technical delivery platforms.
May require occasional flexibility for release events, production support needs, stakeholder workshops, or critical delivery milestones.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $38.37/hour - $59.95/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
