An experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Senior Analyst with 4-5 years of consulting and industry experience supporting large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives.
Demonstrates a strong ability to help organizations navigate change by driving stakeholder engagement, communications, training, adoption, and readiness activities across complex programs.
Proven track record of partnering with cross-functional teams, business leaders, and project stakeholders to develop and execute comprehensive change strategies that enable successful transformation outcomes and accelerate user adoption.
Experienced in assessing organizational impacts, conducting stakeholder analyses, and developing targeted change interventions that align with business objectives. Skilled at translating complex transformation initiatives into clear, actionable messages for diverse audiences, ranging from frontline employees to executive leadership.
Adept at creating communication plans, leadership messaging, training materials, change networks, and adoption measurement frameworks that support sustainable behavioral change.
Possesses a strong understanding of change management methodologies and frameworks, including Prosci principles and structured OCM approaches.
Experienced in managing multiple workstreams simultaneously while collaborating closely with project management, business process, technology, and leadership teams.
Known for excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills, enabling effective alignment across stakeholders and driving engagement throughout the change lifecycle.
Brings valuable industry experience within Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and/or Cruise and Hospitality sectors, supporting initiatives such as digital transformation, ERP implementations, customer experience enhancements, supply chain modernization, workforce transformation, and operational process improvements.
Familiar with the unique challenges associated with high-volume consumer-facing environments, geographically dispersed workforces, and complex stakeholder ecosystems.
Able to tailor change strategies to address industry-specific needs while maintaining focus on business value realization and employee adoption.
Key responsibilities include conducting change impact assessments, stakeholder mapping, organizational readiness evaluations, communication planning and execution, training coordination, adoption tracking, and leadership engagement.
Partners with program leadership to identify change risks, develop mitigation strategies, and provide actionable recommendations that improve transformation success.
Supports governance activities and prepares executive-level presentations, status reports, and change metrics to inform decision-making and demonstrate program progress.
Demonstrates strong analytical capabilities with experience leveraging quantitative and qualitative insights to assess organizational readiness and measure adoption outcomes.
Skilled in synthesizing stakeholder feedback, identifying trends, and translating findings into meaningful actions that improve employee experience and transformation effectiveness.
Comfortable working in fast-paced consulting and client environments, adapting quickly to evolving priorities and business needs.
A collaborative and results-oriented professional who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about helping organizations achieve lasting change.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $39.30/hour - $61.40/hour. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
