Job summary

You will prioritize features, refine requirements with stakeholders, and coordinate with business, IT, and vendor teams to ensure timely delivery, quality, and value within the approved roadmap and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of product ownership, business analysis, technology, operations or related discipline.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other iterative delivery methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; preferred in information systems, business, or analytics.
• Strong written communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to collaborate with senior management, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Owns the full roadmap, backlog and day-to-day direction for designated product areas.
• Prioritize and trade off features to maximize value within the roadmap.
• Engage with business stakeholders to refine needs and define success factors.
• Lead backlog refinement, planning, and ensure release readiness.
• Coordinate with business, technology, vendor, and functional teams to align priorities.
• Monitor progress, risks, and dependencies; communicate status to leadership.
