WesBanco Bank Inc. in Youngstown is seeking an AVP & Operations Product Owner to drive the full roadmap, backlog, and day-to-day direction for the product area.

You will translate business needs into deliverables, prioritize trade-offs, and represent the voice of the customer with cross-functional teams. The role requires collaboration with business and technology partners, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to lead without direct supervision while ensuring alignment

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 5 years experience in product ownership, business analysis, technology, operations or related discipline.
Experience with Agile, Scrum or iterative delivery methodologies preferred.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Own the product backlog and roadmap for the assigned area.
Collaborate with stakeholders to refine needs and define success criteria.
Lead backlog refinement, planning, and release readiness across teams.
Coordinate with IT, vendors and business partners to ensure delivery.
Monitor progress and manage risks and dependencies.
