Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Product Owner to advance the enterprise Next Best Action (NBA) decisioning capability.

The role bridges product strategy and execution by turning approved actions, treatments, and business requirements into documentation ready for configuration and deployment on the NBA platform. You will collaborate with NBA Product Managers and configuration teams to ensure clarity, completeness, and alignment with NBA standards, and you will support backlog management and progress

Qualifications

• Experience in Product Ownership or related role.
• Ability to translate business requirements into structured documentation.
• Experience ensuring requirements are complete, consistent, and usable by implementation teams.
