Job summary

Humana is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the end-to-end Next Best Action (NBA) product, unifying strategy, discovery, backlog, and roadmap across digital, call center, and partner touchpoints. You will partner with Engineering, Analytics, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-value use cases and mature Humana's product operating model.

You will drive discovery, prioritization, and roadmap creation, translating business needs into initiatives and ensuring measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5–9+ years of product management experience including ownership of a product or major capability in a complex, regulated environment.
• Product Ownership: proven ability to own the product lifecycle end-to-end.
• Leadership & Influence: ability to influence without authority and build cross-functional relationships.
• Product Acumen: experience with agile methodologies, backlog management, PI Planning, and measurable success metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end NBA product lifecycle—vision, strategy, discovery, backlog, roadmap, and value measurement.
• Define NBA vision, strategy, and roadmap translating business goals into initiatives and epics.
• Prioritize NBA backlog, design initiatives and epics with clear acceptance criteria.
• Engage Marketing, Digital, IT, and insurance stakeholders; communicate decisions and progress.
• Define success metrics, establish product analytics to measure adoption and outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage change, aligning multiple groups around shared objectives.
