Job summary

Humana is seeking a Project Manager to support the expansion of its enterprise Next Best Action (NBA) decisioning capability. You will coordinate across Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, Data, Testing, and business teams to maintain delivery plans, manage risks, and ensure readiness for launches.

The role requires experience in complex technology initiatives, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing projects with multiple business and technology stakeholders.
• Experience developing and maintaining project plans, milestones, schedules, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Experience coordinating across Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, Data, Testing, and delivery orgs.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities.
• Experience preparing project status reporting for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project plans supporting NBA expansion initiatives.
• Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and launch dates across NBA workstreams.
• Coordinate activities across Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, Data, Testing and business teams.
• Maintain visibility into progress and communicate status to stakeholders and leadership.
• Consolidate delivery information from multiple teams into a cohesive view of project health.
