Job summary

DoorDash, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Ops for the Digital Ordering team. You will guide merchants on how the Commerce Platform fits their business and tech stacks, acting as both consultant and hands-on contributor to growth efforts across products and services.

You will build credibility with C-suite stakeholders and partner across Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Sales to scale initiatives, optimize same-store sales, and drive measurable growth for restaurant partners.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in solutions architecture, growth, product ops, or GTM roles.
• Experience in commerce technology and sales engineering is highly preferred.
• Strong ability to interface with senior audiences and influence decision making.

Responsibilities

• Guide merchants on how the DoorDash Commerce Platform fits their business and tech stack.
• Consult and win new business by building trust with merchants.
• Lead growth experiments and data-driven optimization to drive same-store sales.
• Develop and own roadmaps for rapid growth vectors and key outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Finance, and Account Management to execute strategies.
• Communicate plans clearly to align cross-functional partners with goals.
