Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Ops for the Digital Ordering team on the DashOS org. You will guide merchants through how the Commerce Platform fits their business, analyze growth opportunities, and influence product roadmaps to lift same-store sales.

You will lead a team, collaborate with product, engineering, analytics and sales, and use data-driven methods to scale a hyper-growth SaaS business while building AI-forward tools for merchants.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in relevant roles such as solutions architecture, sales engineering, growth, product ops, strategy/biz ops or technical GTM.

Responsibilities

• Influence product roadmaps and drive same-store sales for merchants via growth experimentation and quality initiatives.
• Lead a team to scale the Digital Ordering business, collaborating with product, engineering, analytics, finance and account management.
• Use data-driven approaches and experimentation to optimize merchant growth and first-party digital ordering experiences.
