Job summary

DoorDash, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Ops for the Digital Ordering team. You will drive growth across products by aligning with the General Manager for Digital Ordering and the DashOS organization, shaping strategies to maximize merchants’ first-party digital ordering.

You will lead a team to influence product roadmaps, run growth experiments, and partner with product, engineering, analytics, and sales to deliver measurable improvements in same-store sales for restaurant partners.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience in solutions architecture (commerce experience strongly preferred), sales engineering, growth, product, product ops, strategy/biz ops, or technical GTM roles.

Responsibilities

• Influence product roadmaps and drive same-store sales growth for merchants via growth experiments and data-driven insights.
• Lead, coach and scale a team focused on Quality initiatives & Growth experimentation to optimize merchant outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Finance and Account Management to operationalize growth strategies.
