DoorDash is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Ops for the Digital Ordering team. You will guide merchants through the DoorDash Commerce Platform, influence product direction, and partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Analytics and Finance to grow merchant sales and optimize first-party digital ordering.

You have 8-10+ years in relevant roles and a strong ability to communicate with senior leaders, build growth strategies, and own end-to-end initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in solutions architecture, sales engineering, growth, product ops, strategy/biz ops, or technical GTM roles.
• Strong communicator interfacing with senior audiences.
• High EQ for cross-functional collaboration.
• Growth-minded with ability to optimize via levers in a feedback loop.
• Extreme ownership and proactive in solving ambiguous problems.
• Detail-oriented with thoroughness to anticipate issues.
• Builder mindset; capable of creating structure and learning new tools.
• Low ego; fast mover willing to do whatever it takes.
• Able to toggle between strategic and tactical work.

Responsabilités

• Influence product road map and drive same-store sales for Merchants via Quality initiatives & Growth experimentation.
• Scale the Digital Ordering business and lead opportunities from 0 to 1 with clear roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Account Management, Analytics, Finance and others to implement strategies.
• Analyze data and qualitative inputs to generate insights and drive measurable improvements.
• Communicate plans clearly to align cross-functional partners and merchants.
