Job summary

Qualifications
- 8-10+ years in solutions architecture, sales engineering, growth, product, product ops or technical GTM roles
- Strong communication with senior audiences and cross-functional partners
- High EQ and ability to build trust with XFN stakeholders
- Growth mindset with ability to optimize levers in a fast-paced environment
- Ownership attitude; proactive in solving ambiguous problems
- Detail-oriented; comfortable with strategic and tactical work
- Builder mindset; able to learn new tools and processes quickly
- Low ego; able to execute with speed and accountability
- Willingness to self-teach from technical docs and internal playbooks
