Job summary

DoorDash’s Digital Ordering team is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Ops to drive growth across products and services. You will report into the General Manager for Digital Ordering and work within the DashOS org to guide merchants and optimize their first-party ordering experiences.

Qualifications

8-10+ years in solutions architecture, sales engineering, growth, product ops, strategy/biz ops, or technical GTM roles.
Strong communication with senior audiences and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
Experience in fast-paced SaaS environments and growth programs.

Responsibilities

Guide merchants through how the DoorDash Commerce Platform fits into their business, team and tech stack, acting as consultant and sales contributor.
Influence product road map and drive growth for merchants via quality initiatives and experimentation.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, analytics, finance, and sales to scale Digital Ordering initiatives.
