Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Sr Product Marketing Manager for Tech - Security and Growth within AWS Product Marketing.

You will own the analysis behind marketing decisions, measure program performance, diagnose what drives pipeline and revenue, and recommend where to invest for maximum return. You will design experiments, synthesize customer feedback, and collaborate with PMMs, engineering, and sales to translate insights into compelling positioning and demand generation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of direct experience with customers on cloud technology adoption OR 5+ years of hands‑on experience with cloud architectures in technical domains.
• Demonstrated experience creating technical content and delivering technical presentations to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product management and go-to-market teams to develop portfolio-level strategy and guide prioritization of marketing investment across the security and observability portfolio.
• Measure how marketing initiatives perform, and diagnose which ones are driving pipeline, awareness, and revenue.
• Analyze and synthesize data from multiple sources, including direct customer feedback, to identify what is working, where to invest for the greatest return, and where to stop.
• Design experiments and measurement plans that test marketing hypotheses, and validate those hypotheses through customer research and direct customer engagement.
• Partner with our technical PMMs to turn your insights into positioning and messaging that clearly articulates the value of the portfolio to customers and helps drive demand.
• Partner with engineering, finance, go-to-market, and sales teams to build a shared view of what is working and what is not, and translate it into growth plans and recommendations for leaders.
