RethinkFirst is seeking a strategic, hands-on Manager, Product Marketing to lead a team and own product marketing for key lines of business. You will translate customer, market, product, and performance insights into positioning, pricing and go-to-market strategies in close partnership with Product, Sales, CS, Finance, and Marketing.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product marketing or related field.
• 3+ years leading a team.
• Experience with pricing and packaging, TAM/SAM/SOM analysis.
• Excellent writing, storytelling and executive communication.
• Experience in healthcare, edtech, or regulated B2B markets preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of product marketers, setting priorities and standards.
• Own product marketing strategy and execution from market assessment to launch.
• Partner with Product and business leaders to shape roadmaps and growth plans.
• Develop segmentation, ICPs, competitive intel, and market sizing.
• Turn insights into recommendations for investment and routes to market.
• Lead positioning, messaging, and value propositions for assigned businesses.
• Own pricing/packaging strategy with cross-functional partners.
• Drive go-to-market for new products and major enhancements.
• Enable Sales and CS with narratives, tools, and enablement materials.
• Track adoption and performance metrics; adjust strategy accordingly.
• Communicate priorities and risks clearly to executives.
