Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a strategic, hands-on Manager, Product Marketing to own product marketing for key lines of business. Translate customer, market, and product insights into positioning, pricing and packaging, GTM strategies, and growth recommendations in partnership with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Marketing.

Lead and develop a team of product marketers, set priorities and quality standards, and own market strategy, segmentation, pricing, and messaging.

Qualifications

8+ years in product marketing or related B2B SaaS field.
3+ years people management experience.
Experience pricing, packaging, and GTM launches.
Ability to turn market insights into growth strategies.

Responsibilities

Own product marketing strategy and execution for designated lines of business.
Define Market and Commercial Strategy.
Develop segmentation, ICPs, competitive intelligence, and TAM/SAM/SOM analysis.
Turn insights into actionable recommendations for product investment and revenue planning.
Own pricing and packaging strategy in partnership with cross-functional teams.
Equip Sales and Customer Success with narratives, tools, and training.
Track adoption and commercial performance and adjust strategies.
