Grafana Labs in the United States is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead messaging and go-to-market for our observability products. You’ll partner with product managers and marketing to craft campaigns, content, events, and training that help buyers understand value and accelerate adoption.

You’ll mentor teams on growth, build AI-forward enablement tools, and drive cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution in a fully remote global environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product marketing, solutions marketing or product management.
• Experience marketing to a technical audience and open source enthusiasts.
• Ability to drive complex projects end-to-end and articulate technical value.
• Strong writing, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Define product value, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for the observability portfolio.
• Create materials to help customers evaluate and adopt Grafana products.
• Own campaigns across lifecycle: competitive positioning, retention, upsell.
• Teach teams to use AI tools to automate messaging and workflows.
• Collaborate with product, eng, and go-to-market functions on enablement.
