Motorola Solutions is seeking a Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Ecosystem & Technology lead to drive go-to-market strategy across Public Safety, Defense, and Enterprise portfolios.

You will orchestrate cross-functional initiatives from strategy to activation, building messaging and campaigns that demonstrate AI-driven value. This is a senior, high-visibility role demanding strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Product Marketing or B2B technology marketing.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.

Responsibilities

• Define and own technology partnership marketing strategy and governance across sectors.
• Lead messaging, enablement, and campaigns to bring partner value to life for customers and partners.
• Lead ecosystem product marketing go-to-market across Public Safety, Video, and Defense.
• Craft messaging showing value of integrated solutions and AI-driven capabilities.
• Define target audience, pain points, and white space opportunities.
• Develop sales enablement and integrated campaigns to drive awareness, adoption, and pipeline.
