Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Ecosystem & Technology, to drive go-to-market strategy across Public Safety, Defense, and Enterprise portfolios.

The role acts as a player/coach, shaping vision and executing campaigns, messages, and collateral with a strong cross-functional focus. You will lead technology partnerships, ecosystem marketing, and integrated campaigns, partnering with Sales and Product to drive growth and adoption of AI-driven capabilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in Product Marketing or B2B technology marketing.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives beyond core marketing.
• Experience with partner or developer ecosystem marketing a plus.
• Experience with hardware/software or cloud (SaaS) solutions a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the technology partnership marketing strategy and governance.
• Lead messaging, enablement, and campaigns for partners and ecosystems.
• Lead ecosystem product marketing go-to-market across Public Safety, Video, and Defense.
