Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Product Marketing Manager, Ecosystem & Technology to drive go-to-market strategy across Public Safety, Defense, and Enterprise portfolios. You will coordinate with Product, Sales, and Marketing to align partner-enabled solutions and storytelling.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, data-driven decision making, and a focus on ecosystem partnerships to grow awareness, adoption, and pipeline.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Product Marketing or B2B technology marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives beyond core marketing.
• Experience with partner or developer ecosystem marketing a plus.
• Experience with hardware/software or cloud/SaaS solutions a plus, esp. in public safety, security, or defense.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the technology partnership marketing strategy and governance model; prioritize alliances and ecosystem partners.
• Lead messaging, enablement, and campaigns that demonstrate partner/ecosystem value to customers and partners.
• Lead ecosystem product marketing go-to-market across Public Safety, Video, and Defense sectors; define target audiences and develop integrated campaigns.
