Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Ecosystem & Technology, to lead go-to-market strategy across our Public Safety, Defense, and Enterprise portfolios.

This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing. You will set vision and execute against it—defining messaging, enablement, and campaigns, and building alignment across teams to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in Product Marketing or B2B technology marketing.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives beyond core marketing.
• Experience with partner or developer ecosystem marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and own technology partnership marketing strategy and governance across sectors.
• Lead messaging, enablement, and campaigns to bring partner and ecosystem value to life.
• Lead ecosystem product marketing go-to-market across Public Safety, Video, and Defense.
• Craft messaging and positioning for integrated solutions and AI-driven capabilities.
• Develop sales enablement and integrated campaigns to drive awareness, adoption, and pipeline.
