Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7–10+ years of product-management experience in financial services or related field.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable product plans.
• Strong collaboration across business, product, design, operations, risk, legal/compliance, and technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy, discovery, and execution for Wealth initiatives and operating-model changes.
• Develop deep understanding of wealth-management clients and advisor practices.
• Turn strategies into prioritized capabilities, roadmaps, and requirements.
• Coordinate with technology teams on Salesforce, data, and integrations.
• Communicate decisions, risks, and trade-offs to leadership and stakeholders.
