Job summary

Charles Schwab in Orlando seeks a Senior Product Leader to drive the Digital Wealth Advisory Experiences portfolio. You will translate strategy into actionable product plans across wealth management, advisor practices, and client experiences.

You will partner with business, technology, and field teams to define future-state workflows, prioritize capabilities, and measure outcomes, with a focus on advisor teaming and client segmentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong product-management and product-strategy skills, with 7-10+ years of relevant experience; experience in financial services, wealth management, banking, fintech, or a related industry.
• Demonstrated understanding of wealth-management clients, advisor practices, products, services, or operating models.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from ambiguous problem definition through strategy, requirements, implementation, and outcome measurement.
• Ability to connect high-level strategy to practical execution and remain engaged in the details required to move work forward.
• Experience analyzing complex business processes, service models, or operating models and translating them into scalable product, process, and technology solutions.
• Strong discovery and requirements-definition skills, including the ability to synthesize business, client, advisor, operational, risk, and technology considerations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex topics, frame decisions and trade-offs, tell a compelling story, and present to all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority, build trusted cross-functional relationships, and align stakeholders with different priorities.
• Sufficient technical fluency to partner effectively with technology teams on workflows, data, integrations, platforms, and solution options.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy, discovery, and execution for a flexible portfolio of strategic Wealth initiatives, including advisor teaming and client segmentation.
• Develop a deep understanding of wealth-management clients, advisor practices, service models, and operational workflows to identify opportunities.
• Partner with business leaders and field stakeholders to clarify problems and turn strategy into actionable product plans.
• Translate strategy into prioritized capabilities, roadmaps, user stories, and measurable outcomes.
• Define how advisor teams coordinate around client and household needs, including workflows and shared visibility.
• Support differentiation of experiences for affluent and ultra-high-net-worth clients by linking service-model decisions to technical implications.
• Collaborate with technology and architecture teams on Salesforce, workflow platforms, data, and integrations.
