Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7-10+ years of product-management experience in financial services, wealth management, banking, fintech, or related field.
• Strong understanding of wealth-management clients, advisor practices, products, services, or operating models.
• Ability to connect high-level strategy to practical execution and move work forward.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy, discovery, and execution for a flexible portfolio of strategic Wealth initiatives.
• Develop deep understanding of wealth-management clients and advisor practices to identify opportunities and define future-state experiences.
• Partner with business leaders and field stakeholders to clarify problems and turn strategies into actionable product plans.
• Translate strategy into prioritized capabilities, roadmaps, user stories, and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation.
