Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7-10+ years of product-management or related experience in financial services or wealth management.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Ability to translate high-level strategy into actionable product plans.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Technical fluency to partner with technology on workflows, data, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy, discovery, and execution for a flexible portfolio of Wealth initiatives.
• Develop deep understanding of wealth-management clients, advisor practices, and workflows.
• Partner with business leaders to clarify problems and turn strategies into product plans.
• Translate strategy into prioritized capabilities, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
• Define how teams coordinate around client and household needs and cross-functional partners.
• Support evolving experiences for affluent and UHNW clients and connect service-model decisions to tech implications.
• Evaluate solution options with technology and architecture teams, including Salesforce and integrations.
