Job summary

Charles Schwab in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior Product Manager (individual contributor) to lead advisor and client experiences for the Wealth Management platform, delivering a new portfolio management system and integrations such as Aladdin Wealth.

The role requires 5–7 years in financial services product management, deep knowledge of wealth management workflows, and the ability to translate needs into measurable outcomes. Hybrid on-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of product management or product development experience within financial services.
• Strong understanding of wealth management industry and advisor workflows, including portfolio management, client reporting, and risk analysis.
• Experience with discovery, roadmap management, backlog refinement, user stories, release planning, and Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of advisor and client needs to improve wealth management experiences.
• Define and deliver future portfolio management experience, including proposals, client reporting, rebalancing, trading, and risk insights.
• Partner with vendor and internal teams to integrate Aladdin Wealth into workflows.
• Build and manage product roadmaps, priorities, requirements, user stories, and release plans.
• Coordinate across technology, UX, risk, compliance, operations, and vendors for release readiness.
• Communicate strategy and progress to leaders with data-driven, outcomes-oriented updates.
