Job summary

Charles Schwab is hiring a Product Leader to drive the strategy, discovery, and execution of a flexible portfolio of Wealth initiatives, including advisor teaming and client segmentation. You will gain deep insights into wealth-management clients, advisor practices, and operational workflows to shape future-state experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7–10+ years of product-management and product-strategy experience in financial services, wealth management, banking, fintech, or related field.
• Demonstrated understanding of wealth-management clients, advisor practices, products, services, or operating models.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from ambiguous problem definition through strategy, requirements, implementation, and outcome measurement.
• Ability to connect high-level strategy to practical execution and move work forward in detail.
• Experience analyzing complex processes and translating them into scalable product, process, and tech solutions.
• Strong discovery and requirements-definition skills across business, client, advisor, operational, risk, and tech considerations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex topics and present to all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy, discovery, and execution for a flexible portfolio of Wealth initiatives.
• Develop deep understanding of wealth-management clients and advisor practices to identify opportunities and future-state experiences.
• Partner with business leaders to clarify problems, test assumptions, define outcomes, and translate strategies into actionable product plans.
• Translate strategy into prioritized capabilities, requirements, roadmaps, user stories, and measurable outcomes.
• Support evolution of advisor teams and client experiences by linking service-model decisions to workflows and tech implications.
• Collaborate with technology and architecture teams to evaluate options and dependencies (Salesforce, workflows, data, integrations).
• Serve as a product leader and integrator across organizations to maintain alignment.
