Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to advance the Salesforce ecosystem supporting wealth and asset management, advisor enablement, client servicing, and operations. You will translate business challenges into scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple teams and ensure traceable requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in business systems analysis, solution analysis, or product delivery roles supporting financial services organizations.
10+ years of experience supporting Salesforce platform initiatives in a Business Systems Analyst, Functional Analyst, or product-focused capacity.
10+ years of experience supporting wealth management, asset management, advisory services, investment operations, or related financial services businesses.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, including one or more of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Force.com.
Demonstrated experience gathering, documenting, prioritizing, and managing business requirements, user stories, process flows, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
Proven ability to analyze complex business problems, evaluate solution alternatives, and recommend scalable approaches that align with business objectives.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across business, product, architecture, engineering, testing, and operations teams.
Demonstrated analytical thinking, prioritization, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience supporting large-scale enterprise platforms in regulated or highly controlled environments.
