Job summary

Charles Schwab's Wealth Management Products and Platforms team seeks a Senior Product Manager (individual contributor) to deliver modern wealth management capabilities, including integration with Aladdin Wealth, within Schwab’s largest wealth offer.

You will translate advisor and client needs into clear priorities, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes, partnering across tech, UX, risk, compliance, and operations to drive trusted advisor workflows and client reporting.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of product management within financial services.
• Understanding of wealth management workflows and advisor processes.
• Experience with discovery, roadmaps, backlog, user stories, and release planning.
• Ability to partner across technology, risk, compliance, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage product roadmaps and priorities.
• Define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with vendor and internal teams to integrate Aladdin Wealth.
• Collaborate across tech, UX, risk, compliance, and operations.
• Communicate strategy, progress, and risks to leaders with data-driven insights.
• Support release readiness and cross-functional alignment.
