Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong product-management and product-strategy skills with 7–10+ years in relevant industry.
• Demonstrated understanding of wealth-management clients, advisor practices, products, services, or operating models.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from definition through outcome measurement.
• Ability to connect strategy to practical execution and move work forward.
• Experience translating business and operating-model decisions into prioritized capabilities and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy, discovery, and execution for a flexible portfolio of Wealth initiatives.
• Develop understanding of wealth-management clients, advisor practices, service models, and workflows to identify opportunities.
• Partner with business leaders to clarify problems, test assumptions, and define target outcomes.
• Translate strategy into prioritized capabilities, requirements, and measurable outcomes.
• Support evolution of advisor teams and client experiences by aligning workflows and technology.
