Job summary

Oscar Health seeks a senior product leader to drive the Virtual Care product strategy. You will own the roadmap, coordinate across clinical, operations, engineering, design and data science, and deliver end-to-end initiatives that improve member access and clinician delivery.

You will leverage user research and data analysis to uncover problems, evaluate AI/automation opportunities, and mentor junior team members in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience with strong technical skills.
• Ability to define strategy and roadmaps for complex products.
• Experience combining user research with data analysis to solve problems.
