Job summary

Oscar Health is hiring a Senior Product Manager for Virtual Care to lead end-to-end product development and improve how members access care and how clinicians deliver it. You will partner with clinical, product, design, and data teams to drive initiatives across intake, scheduling, documentation, and follow-up.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, prioritization, and a strong technical lens to optimize care workflows while delivering measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience collaborating across engineers, designers, operations, and other teams in a product role.
• Proven ability to define, prioritize, and drive product roadmaps and outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and decision-making to balance competing needs.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Virtual Care, prioritizing investments by impact on affordability, outcomes, experience, and efficiency.
• Lead discovery with members, clinicians, and operations teams using user research and data analysis to build business cases.
• Improve the member journey from discovery to visit and follow-up, reducing friction and coordinating care team context.
• Build clinician-facing tooling to support high-quality care, including documenting encounters and addressing care gaps; explore AI/automation to reduce admin work.
• Define success metrics and measure clinical, financial, and operational impact to refine priorities post-launch.
• Lead alignment across clinical, operations, engineering, design, and data science with clear recommendations.
• Own complex initiatives end-to-end, writing requirements, managing dependencies, and resolving issues with autonomy.
• Mentor junior team members to strengthen Oscar’s product group.
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
