Oscar Health is hiring a Senior Product Manager for Virtual Care to lead end-to-end product development and improve how members access care and how clinicians deliver it. You will partner with clinical, product, design, and data teams to drive initiatives across intake, scheduling, documentation, and follow-up.
The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, prioritization, and a strong technical lens to optimize care workflows while delivering measurable outcomes.
Hi, we’re Oscar. We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager, Virtual Care to join our Product team.
Oscar is the first health insurance company built around a full stack technology platform and a relentless focus on serving our members. We started Oscar in 2012 to create the kind of health insurance company we would want for ourselves- one that behaves like a doctor in the family.
As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll lead product development for Oscar Virtual Care (OVC), improving how members access care and how clinicians deliver it. Your work will span the experience before, during, and after a visit, from intake and scheduling to clinical documentation, treatment, and follow-up.
Oscar brings together a health plan and its own care delivery organization, creating an opportunity to connect product decisions directly to the cost and quality of care. You’ll work with clinical and business partners to identify where technology can help members get the care they need. This includes improving access to virtual care and health assessments, supporting effective clinical workflows, and reducing administrative work for care teams.
You’ll turn ambiguous problems into a clear product direction, align partners around priorities, and work with engineering, design, and data science to deliver and measure results.
You will report into a Director, Product Management.
This is a remote position, open to candidates who reside in: Boston, MA. You will be fully remote; however, our approach to work may adapt over time. Future models could potentially involve a hybrid presence at the hub office associated with your metro area. #LI-Remote
The base pay for this role is: $163,944.00 - $215,176.50 per year.
You are also eligible for employee benefits.
