You will partner with clinicians, data science, and operations to reduce administrative work while maintaining care quality, with remote-first flexibility for candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of cross-functional collaboration in Product Management or adjacent roles.
• 4+ years of rigorous prioritization experience.
• 4+ years understanding backend services, databases and SQL.
• 2+ years leading complex cross-domain initiatives.
• 2+ years root-causing ambiguous problems and building roadmaps.
• 1+ years building clinician-facing experiences.

Aufgaben

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Virtual Care, prioritizing investments by impact on affordability, outcomes, member experience and efficiency.
• Lead discovery with members, clinicians and operations, using user research and data analysis to justify investments.
• Improve the member journey from finding care to follow-up, reducing intake friction and coordinating visits.
• Build tools for clinicians to deliver care efficiently, review medical history, document encounters, address gaps, and test AI opportunities.
• Define success metrics and measure clinical, financial and operational impact of changes.
• Lead alignment across clinical, operations, engineering, design and data science with clear recommendations.
• Own complex initiatives from problem to delivery with clear requirements and risk management.
• Mentor junior team members and strengthen Oscar's product team.
