Oscar Health in Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Virtual Care, to lead product development for Oscar Virtual Care and improve how members access care and how clinicians deliver it.

You will work with engineering, design, and data science to deliver and measure results, reporting to a Director, Product Management, with a hybrid schedule requiring three in-office days per week.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years cross-functional PM experience.
• 4+ years of rigorous prioritization experience.
• 4+ years with tech systems and databases (SQL).
• 2+ years leading complex, cross-domain initiatives.
• 2+ years root-causing ambiguous problems and building roadmaps.
• 1+ years building clinician-facing experiences.

Aufgaben

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Virtual Care.
• Lead discovery with members, clinicians, and operations teams.
• Improve member journey from intake to follow-up; reduce friction.
• Build tools for clinicians to deliver care; evaluate AI/automation opportunities.
• Define success metrics and measure impact of product changes.
• Lead alignment across clinical, operations, engineering, design, and data science.
