Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the measurement and reporting product for Next Best Action (NBA).

You will define KPI frameworks, partner with data science and analytics teams, and deliver trusted, decision-ready dashboards that span business outcomes, model performance, and operations. You will collaborate with Marketing, Digital, CCC, IT, and insurance teams to drive a unified measurement language and mature the product operating model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5–9+ years of product management experience, including ownership of a product, measurement, or analytics capability.
• Proven ability to own the product lifecycle end-to-end—strategy, roadmap, prioritization, requirements, delivery, and value measurement.
• Working knowledge of KPIs/OKRs, statistics, and measurement concepts; translate data into decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define measurement strategy and roadmap for NBA, aligning with multi-year business goals.
• Own measurement relationship across cross-functional and data science teams; be primary contact for measurement decisions.
• Lead end-to-end NBA reporting delivery from requirements to launch; manage backlog and priorities.
• Create product requirements and acceptance criteria; validate dashboards with stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior product managers and help shape a data-driven culture.
