Humana, Inc. is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the measurement and reporting strategy for Next Best Action (NBA). You will work with data science, analytics, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver trusted, decision-ready reporting and a unified KPI framework.

In partnership with senior leaders, you will guide the product lifecycle from vision to delivery, maturing the product operating model and ensuring clear value measurement across business outcomes and operational metrics.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience: 5–9+ years of product management, ownership of a product, measurement, or analytics capability in a regulated environment.
• Product ownership: end-to-end lifecycle ownership—strategy, roadmap, prioritization, requirements, delivery, and value measurement.
• Measurement: knowledge of KPIs/OKRs, statistics, and measurement concepts; translate data into decisions.
• Cross-functional leadership: influence without authority; align multiple teams around objectives.
• Product delivery: agile methodologies, backlog management, PI Planning; metrics for success.
• Technical fluency: translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Define and communicate a unified measurement strategy and KPI framework for NBA.
• Own end-to-end delivery of NBA reporting capabilities from requirements to launch.
• Lead cross-functional and cross-data science teams; align with Marketing, Digital, IT, and insurance.
• Establish dashboards and reports; ensure accuracy, consistency, and clear definitions.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to junior product managers; drive proactive change.
