Ladders is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Telecom to lead AI-enabled telecom solutions in radio access networks. You will own the product lifecycle from concept through launch, shaping system requirements, prioritizing use cases, and translating customer needs into clear product direction.

This role partners closely with sales, engineering and go-to-market teams to define messaging, support commercial execution, and ensure the roadmap reflects evolving customer and market demand.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Product Manager - Telecom to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space. This role will lead product strategy and execution for advanced telecom solutions that bring AI capabilities into radio access network environments. You will own the product lifecycle from concept through launch, shaping system requirements, prioritizing use cases, and translating customer needs into product direction. The position also partners closely with sales, engineering, and go-to-market teams to define messaging, support commercial execution, and ensure the roadmap aligns with customer and market demand.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $208,000 – $327,750 annually
