Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Telecom to lead AI-enabled telecom solutions in radio access networks. You will own the product lifecycle from concept through launch, shaping system requirements, prioritizing use cases, and translating customer needs into clear product direction.

This role partners closely with sales, engineering and go-to-market teams to define messaging, support commercial execution, and ensure the roadmap reflects evolving customer and market demand.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of product management experience, focusing on compute solutions.
• Strong understanding of GPU, CPU, DPU/NIC architectures.
• Technical background in wireless communications and RAN architectures.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development of AI-RAN telecom products with the team.
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Articulate the value propositions of AI-RAN for telecom deployments.
• Define system-level requirements and prioritize use cases.
• Gather insights from customers to shape product roadmaps.
• Identify customer needs and translate them into product proposals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop GTM plans.
• Create effective sales collateral and tools for the sales organization.
