Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Network Solution Architect - AI Fabrics for a remote role to lead design and deployment of large-scale data center networks for AI workloads. You will guide fabric design across network, compute, and storage, and assist customers with on-site bring-up of complex cluster infrastructure.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in data center or cloud networking, deep RoCE/InfiniBand experience, and strong communication skills to support enterprise AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of hands-on network engineering in data center or cloud environments.
• Expert-level troubleshooting in data center networks, packet-level and control plane.
• Deep knowledge of BGP, OSPF, and L2/L3 switching; InfiniBand/RoCE a plus.
• Strong CPU/GPU server architecture, NICs, Linux, and system software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Network Solution Architect - AI Fabrics to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space.

In this remote role, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise and AI-labs customers designing and deploying large-scale data center network environments. You will guide architecture choices across networking, compute, and storage while helping customers bring complex cluster infrastructure online. This position combines deep hands‑on troubleshooting with customer‑facing strategy, supporting adoption of advanced networking solutions in demanding AI workloads.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $184,000 – $356,500 annually
