Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Staff Product Manager to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This role will shape the strategy for AI-enabled product experiences and help translate emerging capabilities into measurable customer value. You will work closely with technical teams and customer-facing partners to identify where AI can meaningfully improve the product and where it should not be applied. The position also involves articulating the role of AI within the broader observability landscape to both internal stakeholders and external audiences.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $198,500 – $233,500 annually

Responsibilities

• Define AI product strategy aligned with the company's vision
• Conduct research to bridge technology with customer needs
• Identify high-value opportunities for AI across product teams
• Articulate the connection between AI and observability internally and externally
• Engage with technical communities to spot emerging trends

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, with at least 1 year focused on AI/ML products
• Proven track record of delivering AI features from concept to customer impact
• Deep understanding of AI system deployment and operations
• Familiarity with current AI/ML techniques and their practical applications
• Strong judgment in distinguishing between genuine AI value and hype
