Ladders is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect, AI and HPC Infrastructure, to partner with energy-sector customers on AI infrastructure strategy and deployment. The role blends technical advisory work with customer education in a remote setting, with occasional travel to customer sites.

You will lead architecture reviews, deployment decisions, and reference designs across compute, networking, storage, and systems management for demanding AI workloads in real-world environments.

Formación

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in AI infrastructure and accelerated computing.
• Deep knowledge of AI cluster orchestration and data center networking technologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect, AI and HPC Infrastructure to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space.

This role will partner closely with energy-sector customers to shape AI infrastructure strategies that support demanding workloads in real-world operational environments. You will guide architecture reviews, production deployment decisions, and reference designs across compute, networking, storage, and systems management. The position combines deep technical advisory work with customer education and cross-functional collaboration to help drive successful adoption of advanced infrastructure solutions.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $184,000 – $356,500 annually

Responsibilities

• Partner with energy-sector customers on architecture reviews and production deployment guidance
• Advise on the design and optimization of AI infrastructure for energy customers

Qualifications

• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of hands‑on experience in AI infrastructure and accelerated computing
• In-depth knowledge of AI cluster orchestration and data center networking technologies
• Familiarity with infrastructure requirements for AI workloads
• Working knowledge of energy sectors and their operational environments
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
• Strong self-direction for managing complex projects
