Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Strategist to own strategy workstreams across business, product and experience strategy. You will collaborate with Designers, Technologists, Researchers, and Product Managers to translate insights into tangible growth opportunities and go-to-market pathways.

You will combine customer insight, market intelligence, and emerging tech to shape differentiated offerings. A strong track record in strategy delivery and client leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in strategy consulting or related fields.
• Proven ability to independently lead strategy workstreams and deliver recommendations.
• Strong qualitative, quantitative, analytical and commercial problem-solving.
• Experience developing growth strategies and business models.
• Familiarity with applying AI/analytics to research and strategy.
• Excellent collaboration, storytelling and client presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy workstreams, set approach, deliverables and direction.
• Design and synthesize qualitative and quantitative research with AI-enabled methods.
• Analyze market dynamics to identify opportunities and growth.
• Develop growth strategies, value propositions and business models.
• Translate opportunities into product/experience directions and roadmaps.
• Assess potential impact with market sizing, revenue and forecasts.
• Lead client interviews, workshops and executive presentations.
